If you decide to visit this place, you better be prepared to fight for what you're paying for. Both times I've been there they were reluctant to bring celery and carrots to the table. The second time I never even got any, even after asking about them. The service is terrible. My wife and I were splitting a burger plate and wings. When the server brought the food, they didn't bring an extra plate for the other person to eat from. When I asked for one, the server went inside and came out empty handed. I asked again and the server apologized and then went to take food orders from two other tables while our food sat there getting colder. I turned to a manager and asked him for a plate, and he finally brought one to the table. I contacted the chain through their website a week and a half ago and never received anything beyond an auto response, even though I asked to be contacted. An attempt to contact them through twitter was met with silence as well. They don't care anything about their customers. Once they have your money you mean nothing to them.
