I got my car vacuumed and money stolen from my astray($40 and a bunch of quarters) I filed a complainted to a person name Teresa and told me to get lost and never come back again!

I've been bringing my cars to you guys for about four years . The service is good and your customer service is great . keep up the good work guys .

Ask me how my vehicle was damaged at the Shiners Carwash in Altamonte. It has been 48 hours since my car had to be towed out of the lot due to a “professional cleaner” who broke the ignition switch. Not to mention how the quote of a 30-40 minute service actually took 2 hours and 15 minutes before they alerted me of a problem. I have left numerous messages and have asked to be contacted by management or the owner and nothing has been done. For a company that preaches of customer satisfaction, I am shocked at the blatant disregard for its customers and their vehicles. To be continued….

We are very disappointed with this Shiners. We have had numerous items taken out of our vehicles including loose change, cash, and a mobile phone charger. I do not recommend this car wash!

I went to Shiners car wash and had a fairly good experience. It took a while for them to clean my 2002 Chrysler Town and Country Minivan. It cost me $70.00+4.623 tax to clean it.
