Express Heating and Cooling

Called Steve earlier today and he stopped by tonight to repair my furnace. Cleaned a few parts and I know have heat. Very fair on pricing. Even quoted me central air installation for a later date. Realize this might change depending on how long I wait to have it installed. Will refer Steve to anyone needing furnace/air conditioning repair/installation.

Fantastic service. Same day service wow. Heater was not firing up and I described what was going on over the phone to Steve who knew already what problem was.. Total Pro. He set time up for same day and was on time. Walked me through what was going on and had everything up and running in an hour, new filter and taped vents as well. Even some great tips. Price was more than fair, no sticker shock, all above board and honest. Thanks again Steve , my house is super cozy and I am looking forward to seeing savings on next bill. Thanks for the jokes too.

I've been using Steve for years to maintain my swamp cooler and he is always professional, efficient, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. When my furnace recently want out, he made my issue top priority and quickly repaired my issue - without recommending a new furnace or expensive, and needless services. I trust Express Heating and Cooling for all of my heating and cooling needs and will use him always.

Honest as the day is long. I came inn asking him to do a $10,000 replacement that someone else had convinced me I needed and couldn't do for a month.



Instead he found a $460 fix and made a ton of (no cost) suggestions to help me operate my system properly.

Recently our air conditioner stopped working during a nasty heat wave. Steve was quick to get back to me when I left him a voicemail message on a Thursday and he set up an appointment for the following Monday. (we were out of town that weekend) In the meantime he was in the area on that Saturday prior so he stopped by our house, took a look at the air conditioner outside, diagnosed the problem and went ahead with fixing it that same day. (i had agreed to him doing this before-hand if he was available) His fee was reasonable and he spent time reviewing his repair with me as well as giving some helpful hints on how to best utilize our AC system going forward. Very pleased..!

I called several companies this morning as we had finally had it with the house being 85 degrees or more. Due to what a company had told us several years ago, we believed we needed to have the AC recharged. After speaking to several companies that quoted me prices starting at $250 just to look at the unit, any repairs would be more, I was ready to resign myself to being uncomfortable and hot all summer. Then I called Steven. He was able to be at my home within 4 hours, all the other companies told me I would be able to have someone out next week at the earliest. He walked me through every thing he did, at no point did he not tell me what he was doing, why and what results we should get. The service was outstanding, the response time was fabulous and the house was 85 degrees when he arrived. After about 1 hour at my home and the AC running for about 45 mins, the house is already down to 79 degrees. And no, he didn't charge me $250 for the privilege. We are looking at doing some significant work next year on our home, including a new furnace and AC unit. I know EXACTLY who I'm going to be calling to do that work. He was quick, courteous, and above all fair and honest. I will be recommending him to all of my friends and family.

We had our AC installed by another company ( who shall remain nameless) in February. Due to the outside temperatures at that time they were unable to complete the job by adding the coolant to the system. Once the temperatures warmed up we attempted several times via phone and e-mail to have them come back and finish the job. Once they finally came out they couldn't get the ac to work, and determined it to be a problem within the furnace which had been installed 3 yrs previously by the bank we bought our house from. Even though the furnace and its parts are still under warranty, this contractor basically walked off the job saying they did not want to deal with our system and the company the warranty was under. They tell us this in an e-mail sent after 7pm.



We called Steve immediately and even though it was after 8pm he came right out. To our amazement he found numerous, dangerous electrical mistakes that had been made by the first contractor. He explained what he found, then proceeded to fix everything even though by this time if was coming up on 10pm. He got all the pertinent issues fixed and stayed to make sure the system was functioning properly. All this and his bill was very, very reasonable. He did not raise the price on the parts he used, rounded down the labor time he charged us for and did not charge us after hours rates.



For any future heating and cooling needs Steve will be the first and only person we call.

Needing to have my gas furnace repaired, I found ‘Express Heating and Cooling’ on this website. The five Five Star customer reviews, plus the Gold rating by the Better Business Bureau gave me reason to give this company a try.



And I’m glad I did. Steve arrived in less than an hour and was very well-prepared for the job. In less than an hour he had completed the troubleshooting, then stayed at least an extra thirty minutes to make sure the furnace was operating properly. As for the price, I found the rates to be extremely - repeat 'extremely' - fair.



I'll be needing work on my townhome’s air-conditioning will be calling ‘Express Heating’ to keeps things cool.

I would recommend Express Heating and Cooling to everyone! Steven iwas great! Personal, profession and informative. Steve arrived an hour after my call and he spent a good hour with me. My furance was kicking on but wasn't heating the air. Steve took the time to explain and show me what could be causing this and how to trouble shoot my furnace. It turned out that my furnace had a dirty flame sensor which thankfully was a quick fix.

I called Express based on the good customer reviews they have here. It was on Saturday 4/18 there was a big storm and I had no heat the whole night. Steve came very quickly from Arvada all the way to Aurora. He fixed the problem and also took care of other things that used to cause my furnace to consume more energy. He took the time to show me tips on how to save on my heat. I couldn't believe the price he charged me for all this. He didn't charge me for saturday service. he didn't take advantage of the storm and over charge me a crazy price wich I was afraid of. THANK YOU STEVE.

The morning of the recent snowstorm we woke up to no heat. I called three repair services, none of which would come to my home to fix my furnace. I then called Express Heating and he was at my house within a couple of hours. We felt that cost of the repair was very reasonable. Steve was very helpful with tips for us to maintain our furnace more efficiently. I will definitely refer him to my friends and neighbors.
