Why make an appointment that you cannot keep. I made a 10am appointment for a key to be made. (side note, I would have never come here but no locksmith makes Volvo keys!!) Was told it would take an hour to do this job. You Would think this would be an easy job. Was finally spoken to after 15 minutes in the service garage. Was told two different prices, then told that it there were several cars in front of me and it would take over an hour and a half. Like I said...why bother making an appointment when I am just being served in order of who shows up. Urghh!

Overall

The service managers are courteous and explain any service needs to me in understandable terms. The courtesy car for overnight jobs is a nice convenience.

My wife and I had the worst car buying experience at this dealership The used car transmission failed after 5000.00 miles and we forked out $4000.00 for a new transmission. We went back to the manager who was smart mouthed, impolite, refusing any responsibility instead placing blame on us for not buying his warranty which they make money off selling. He obviously knew that he had sold us a bad vehicle. While repairing the transmission we discovered the steering wheel rack needed replacing forking out another $4000.00

I'm too old and too ugly to be...

I'm too old and too ugly to be messing around when it comes to my car. I always use dyer and dyer, their staff are always fantastic and nothing seems too much trouble.

I have used them for many years and so do many of my friends.

Their cars are always in exceptional condition and I have had no hassle with my vehicles over the years.

Scam Artists!

I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked in there and was able to get through everything w/ little trouble. However, it is what happened the next week that makes me not want to recommend them to anyone. The dealership had neglected to take the vehicle out of the previous owners name before selling the car to me. This caused problems when I tried to transfer my tag to the new car. When I contacted the dealership to ask why this had happened, they said it was my fault because I didn't have the title with me. I do not see what this has to do with the previous owner. It was a nightmare dealing with them after that point. I was advised by the police to not drive the vehicle until the situation had been remedied. While attempting to work out the situation with the dealership I mentioned to them what the police said. Of course, Dyer & Dyer Volvo apparently know more than our fine officers because the salesman said the officer didn't know what he was talking about or anything about the law.
