Roma Little Italy

Ordered a sub and some breaded mushrooms. Waited over 2 hours for my food to get to me and it was cold. Told them I didn't want the food and they said they would get someone to come pick it up and refund my money. The food is still sitting on my porch 3 hours later and no one came and picked it up. They didn't even try and make it right or apologize. I just wasted two hours waiting on food that I couldn't even eat and the store could care less. There are a ton of other places to get food around here. Don't waste your time or money on this one. They aren't even Italian. They are Arabs or Greeks. Don't waste your money.

I order from this restaurant 1-2 times a month. When they get it right, the food is great (except for the pizza). Just in the last couple of months, they have gotten 2 of my orders terribly wrong. On a hot evening, I ordered a cold roast beef sub...I received a hot sub. When I called to ask for the correct order, I was told they were out of roast beef. Last night, I ordered a cheesesteak sub...I received a fish sub. I am not sure what the disconnect is with this place, but I won't be giving them another chance.
