Einstein Bros Bagels

Love affair with the products, and consistency of daily goods. Bagels and baked goods in my opinion have been accurately priced , and one could say that their price's when in relationship to baked goods, could demand something higher, on quality alone. When you start checking out prices on some of their "what I'd like to call" flair item's or specialty items, the customer is really sucker punched! Realizing that these items are viewed as "grab and go" food, the convenience does not out weigh the lackluster ingredients, small portion choices , or heavy price tag. I'd much rather pay more for the restaurant's signature bagel and baked goods. At least then when choosing to add that small or large glass of O.j. (which are your only choices regarding size) one wouldn't immediately be so sticker shocked and even left feeling stooped. Quality high end gene rational goods call for a financial splurge and even ask for that universal understanding of demand.

Lastly, my complement's to the day Manager, she's one hard working woman. There has not ever been a time when visiting that she has not greeted me, met my needs, activity listened or bent over backwards to problem solve when faced with a challenge.

On the flip side of that coin, the inconsiderate mindlessness of hopefully "new" employees is simply appalling. Mistakes happen. Correcting those mistakes and identifying them to grow from is behavior which will kill all the excellence and hard work offered religiously by fellow coworkers. Take note young workers, your actions today will shape much of your tomorrow.
