Goodwill Stores

Called your store to see if you had a wheel chair for my mother who could not walk and the woman who answered the phone would not even go look, she said there was one but did not know if it was still there and that I would just have to come in and look for myself. Driving thirty miles and with what the gas prices are today what do you think. I was looking at the main web page for Goodwill and stated they strive at doing their best for the community. I just don't see this at this store if they can't even go and look to see if they have this item I needed.
