Reliable staff at Hodan have made living at our condo very enjoyable for several years now since their company began our management.

Anytime I have interaction with them, the staff is
always prompt at responding and resolving the issue I have called in regards to, It's very refreshing to have a property management company to be so professional and courteous and get the matter at hand resolved. I have nothing but positive experience and cannot think of anything else up to this point.

Hodan has been very responsive to emergency service
calls that required immediate attention and always works to improve our condo. Highly recommend.

This is the most incompetent and poorly run mgt company I have ever experienced. Not only are they failures in managing and maintaining budgets for our association, but the break the law by constantly perform repair work on the building without getting required permits and inspections from the city
