        I went in to get a watch battery replaced at 10:20am, and I was out of there by 10:28am. Excellent service - very prompt. Courteous counter help. Reasonable price. A gem in downtown Boston!

        Very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, I don't recommend this place to anyone.Did NOT fix my watch, gave it back to me in same broken condition and charged me money for it. Also charges $20 to change a $1.95 battery. Don't go to themgo somewhere else you will get much better service.
