another company came out and told me the furnace was broken and they couldn't get my parts and it would be around 8000 dollars to replace.

so i called modern air and they had a technician come out the next day he found the problem and had a motor for my unit and the repair done the following day for a fair price

My husband and I relocated to mass to be closer to his family with purchasing a new home we really didn't expect the hvac system to stop working our first summer in the house. After speaking to one of our neighbors they had suggested we contact another company, modern air came out and was able to get our system running with a few changes at a price that worked for us. We are very happy with the service.

After dealing with a few larger heating businesses I have to say I was very pleased finding modern air. after our furnace wouldn't light and it being late I gave a call around and found them through a friend and from the time I called to when they arrived they were at my door with in an hour. The two service techs arrived very polite and informed me every step of the way what was needed in order to get the job done they provided me a free quote and a estimated time frame for the repair which was done same night with available OEM parts from my systems manufacturer all the work was excellent and my house hasn't been warmer all season.
