Just had my son's 3rd birthday - and I'm very happy with the package and the attentive service of the staff. YES, it's expensive, but so most of other places. I had the VIP package (the simplest one) but all the kids had a blast, and the parents enjoyed it too. The two girls who were hosting my party (don't remember their names) were AWESOME!!!! they were very kind, patient and attentive to evey kid. They did very nice job with the face painting. The Disco Room was one of the most exciting places, the kids enjoyed the dancing, jumping and the games. I'll be honest, upon reading the bad reviews I got super worried, and it was late to cancel, so I didn't expect much. However, I was very surprised to find out it all wasn't true. Maria (the owner) came up to me few times during the party to make sure i was satisfied, the staff were constantly there, cleaning, refilling food, drinks and asking if we needed anything else. They even packed up the food and cake that was left. The whole party, I didn't need to ask for anything, and look for anybody. Its as if they read my mind and did everything as needed and expected - Excellent Customer Service!!! Definitely recommend!

I recently attended a party at this place & the only thing i can say:"NEVER DO A PARTY IN THIS PLACE". OVERPRICED, inexperienced staff, HORRIBLE OWNER.

I had my baby shower at Land O-Fun and could not be happier more than I was! As much as I was skeptical in the beginning, as much I was happy after I had my party at Land O Fun. My guests men and women were pleased by delicious food and great customer service, kids were happy with beautiful candy bar and attractions: build a bear shop, bumper cars, spa salon and many other there. Boys and girls enjoyed ride on bumper cars, girls got amazing make-up from professional make-up artists. characters in costumes were entertaining my guests the whole party. Decorations: balloons and signs "It's a girl" were very sweet. Everything was made with a sense of taste. I highly recommend this party place for everyone! Cannot wait until my girl will be born to celebrate her birthdays there!

What an amazing experience. It was pleasant to finally find a place that does parties just right. The staff were on point and were handling the kids without any problems. The children loved the face painting and tattoos as well as the bumper cars! They have a really fun environment with lots of different activities . The spa salon, filled with such beauty, a girl dream. Build a bear -which is so much fun, the kids loved the huge selection- everyone left with a different animal with an adorable outfit. Everyone enjoyed themselves and I will definitely coming back for my sons birthday. Recommend this for all ages , so much fun ! Finally, a huge area where my kids can run around. Recently we celebrated my brother's birthday party at Land-o-fun. We heard alot of mixed reviews and we wanted to check it out for ourselves.. First of all i'd like to thank the staff that was very good with the kids. They made the experience incredible and they were definitely organized! My brother and his friends were all occupied and taken care of. Land-O-Fun had a variety of activites to offer. We chose the bumper cars, cannon balls, build-a-bear, tattoos and facepainting. Honestly we all had a blast and my parents were happy with the prices. The place itself is immaculate which was important for me and my little brother. We will of course be back and I highly recommend Land-O-Fun to all--if youre looking for a REALLY amazing children's birthay place. I remember having my birthday parties at other places when I was younger and im jealous that my little brothers birthday was alot more fun (haha).

It is a great place to have fun with kids. They got brand new equipment compare to other indoor amusement centers. They can make birthday party a great event!

Do not have your child's part here. First of all, they are very overpriced. Second of all they take advantage of teenage workers. They hire them for "training," where they are forced to work 10 hour shifts for 4 days (total of 40 hours) without pay. Then, they are told that they are no longer needed. The tips are not given to workers either.

I recently was invited to a birthday party to a new place Land-o-fun and I should say it was amazing. It was a truly great experience for kids and for adults. The kids all had a blast. The place is brand new, very clean. The service was amazing. All the girls was very attentive and took a very good care of our kids. The food was very good and the atmosphere in general was very positive. Such a great place to throw your kids party. At first I thought it would be too crowded considering the fact that they are having more than one party at a time but I was surprised how well organized the party went. They are having no more then two parties at a time and with having the privacy of our two rooms it felt like we are the only ones there. I would truly recommend the place to other people.

I love this place! We celebrated my daughter's 11th birthday party last Saturday. All girls were so exited and surprised, we spend three hours of fun and happiness. Highly recommend to visit and see this place, the stuff were pleasant and friendly, creative and kind. No mess, no interruption by others. My daughter never forget this wonderful feeling that she experienced. Thank you for all who did this party unforgettable!

This is a new place but horrible, I was invited as a guest to a birthday party and I was left very unsatisfied about this place. Its very unorganized and the workers are unqualified for this job poor service, they cant even look after the kids. At the same time of our party there was a lot of walk-ins and children were coming into our private party. There was a misunderstanding with the manager, because of kids that did not belong at our party they were charging the mother for them. If it was my party I wouldn't even allow my child to have their party here. Never again, not even as an invite.

Unbelievably disappointed by this place. As a mother I am embarrassed to say that I had my child's party here. It was unorganized and the workers were rude. I requested a private party, if I requested a private party then why did I have other kids coming into my group?

It was a complete disaster, I had kids I didn't know in my party and no one stopped them. On top of that I was billed for things I did not request, over charged and this place is horrible, not worth a penny. I would not recommend this place to anyone, if your a parent and want to give your child a party to remember then this is not the place to go, you will be upset, aggravated and disappointed. I was so disappointed that I decided to take the kids and the parents back to my house that's how bad the place was. Let me not forget to mention what a rip off it is for the prizes in the arcade section, one eraser costs 150 tickets are you kidding me? The poor kids couldn't even get a decent prize at the end. Let me not even begin with the 99 cent piece of s*** party bags they were offering that they were charging us 10$ party bags for each kid. F*ing ridiculous. Please do yourself a favor and don't even bother coming to this place. Complete nightmare. My child was upset and crying because she didn't enjoy her time.

They should rename this place to land-o-crap.
