Rear View Safety Inc.

My experience with them has not been good, poor customer service. I purchased a rear view camera system from them and found the second day that it was malfunctioning and the clarity was not good. However they offered warranty but my point here is that if the product is having issues the second day why the hell, have I paid for a new product. I was so disappointed :( and asked for a refund and their service lacked professionalism. I got the refund and then after taking reviews from different people I began the quest for new backup camera system and finally landed at Tadi brothers where I got a wireless camera system and got installed in my ride. Touchwood! it has been 5 months since then I have not faced any issues with it and works fine :)
