Statewide Heating And Cooling

I tend to always see the good in people and give them the benefit of the doubt, but from the beginning this company (which is really just one guy Chris Kurdziel) was poor in every aspect. This was a service call for air condition through my home warranty provider, this company was one of their preferred contractors. When I called Chris who is the president of the company, stated that he doesn’t make appointments because he does not know when he will be available… After 3 weeks and many calls, texts, and 2 no show appointment dates, I was able to have Chris to commit to coming out to our house. Once there he stated that the reason the air conditioning doesn’t work is because the wires leading up to the thermostat were disconnected somewhere in the walls, and he would have to cut into the walls to fix it. He then stated that the insurance would not cover that type of repair, he requested the 100 deductible and then left… He scammed us, because he didn’t want to do the work. We called our home warranty and they sent out someone different who repaired our air conditioning in less than an hour(and no he didn’t have to cut through the walls) DO NOT USE this company! BUYER BEWARE!
