This place has no value for their patients time at all! How do you confirm the day before and and then less than TWO hours before the appointment- call to cancel. Mind you, my appointment was at 3:30 pm! I have been fasting per their directions since I was to get blood work done. If you knew this morning the doctor had an emergency that MORNING, the call should of been made that morning! Not later in the afternoon. I have never in my life had a worst experience with a "professional medical office". So disappointed with the unprofessionalism and lack of patient care this place has shown. I will never recommend Cabarrus Family Medicine to anyone.

The only reason I rated this office with 1 star was that the site wouldn't let me rate it with 1/2 a star. I was seen in the office on 10-15-14 with an abdominal lump and was referred to a surgeon. I was told to wait and the office would contact me. Each day I called the office and was told that they were waiting for a response from the surgeon. On 10-20-14, I called the office, again, and was told the same thing. The receptionist went on to say that the delay was caused by "so many people have insurance now and it's hard to get in to see a doctor." She then gave me a number (later turned out to be a fax number) to the surgeon's office. I looked up the surgeon's number and called them. That lady could not find, anywhere, where Cabarrus Family Medicine had faxed over a referral. She then took less than 5 minutes to set the appointment. The moral of this story is, don't trust everything the office personnel at Cabarrus Family Medicine tells you! I'm EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in my experience!
