EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have been coming to Buena Vista Optical for 6 years, They have excellent customer service. Just because they don't fit you budget you shouldn't blame them. I used to go to Pearle Vision. Not only are they more expensive & incompetent but they are also less experienced,
Have you thought that maybe it's YOU! Not Them? Did you speak with a Manager? A superviser? Ummmm...why would you have to talk with your bank to solve a a problem that can be fixed with a Manager? ummm...very, very shady on your part.

Buena vista es una de las mejores opticals que visiitado. Por el cervicio al clients, por explicar paso a paso el tratamiento. Y el cervisio es muy atento con el personal.

The staff is very friendly and professional. I have been to other opticals and I would have to say that they are using the most up to date technology to perform their eye exams. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Fantastic service

This was my first visit to Buena Vista and I enjoyed it from the moment I walked in the door. The staff was very curtious and helpful. I was fearful for their efficient service and will be returning for all my eyecare needs.h

I had an outstanding experience at Buena Vista Optical. As soon as i got there for my appointment, everything needed to be done was great and i was treated very good. At Buena Vista they help you chose the frames you are looking for and what fits you best. My family has been going there for a while now and i have to say, i will go back and recommend others to try it out as well.The doctor and the rest of the staff were very professional and working with others at a good paste even after it started getting busy. One more thing is the variety of frames that they have for display is very helpful. Try it out!

Bad customer service

Went for my eye exam and the doctor was really friendly when I ordered my glasses from there "friendly staff" they sent out my glasses to a lab. When my glasses came back two weeks later which by the way were bi-focal but when i saw them they were super thick I had order HI - density which was supposed to make the lens look thinner it didn't the were more than a quarter inch thick also they weren't aligned to my pupil at all so when I asked them if they can fix the problem there nice staff turned into mean witches also I asked to speak with the doctor he is also the owner of this place supposedly he didn't want to see me...His staff is very inexperienced and not that friendly when you point out there mistake...!

i hate this optical they told me i have astigmatism so to prove that ididnt i went to my previous doctor and showed me proof that i didnt so that upset me and they dont even have many types of contacts to choose from they actually pick them out for you they dont let you pick of what you want

Speedy Glasses

I had a great experience at this facility. Even dough the staff was very busy they showed leadership and enthusiasm to work. I was treated very well and my glasses were done very fast. The doctor was friendly and very professional. An hour drive that is well worth it,

Your budget is one star...not the Optical!

For the person rating one star for Buena Vista optical... Just because your buget is low, & you have a difficult prescription, dosen't mean Buena vista Optical deserves one star! We are rating the service on here, not you Buget!

Poor Customer Service

I had a very bad experience with the customer service at Buena Vista. I was there a few times because my contacts were not fitted right and they would tell me i needed another prescription that was way more expensive and out of my budget(which i don't need just needed the right fit), I also had a very unpleasant experience when i called to order some contacts from my old prescription because when i was adviced by them to return and see the doctor (for the 3rd time) i told the girl to cancel my order but, later i realized she had still charged me for them and it became a problem getting my money back. The girls there obviously dont know customer service because she kept telling me it was my fault and that she had recordings of all the calls, seriously it wouldt've made a difference if we listened to the recording because im pretty sure i said CANCEL that until i see the doctor. Ive done customer service since i started working 6 years ago and i know that you always try to help the customer!!! in this case i wouldve said "you know we did process the order, i must have forgotten to tell you i had already charged your card, I apologyze for the inconvinience let me see what we can do to fix this" instead of being rude and making YOUR CUSTOMER feel helpless. Chase Bank was a million times more helpful in fixing that problem and understanding and it wasn't their fault. The Doctor was nice but he doesn't spend much time with each customer. Now that i switched to Pearl Vision and the doctor actually spent time with me and fitted my contacts Right i feel so satisfied! If you value good customer service this is not the right place for you.

We pride ourselves in great customer service; that being said, I am sorry you had a bad experience. We always make sure our customers understand the contact lens fitting process and we also make sure we read the Contact Lens Contract with you before you sign it. That means that you read EVERYTHING in that contract so you understand what is going to happen once you walk out the door with your contact lens trials. You were explained about the deposit and remaining balance, and as well how a fitting is not done until you can adjust to your contact lenses, see with them, and use them on a daily basis. We will not charge you if you do not allow it. If we did charge you it was because you approved it. The doctor will always make sure you are fitted correctly and if it involves you comming back for another visit, We have to make sure you are back and fitted with the correct lens. You can always call us if you have any questions. We all have different needs for our eyes, specially when it involves contact lenses. We have plenty of satisfied customers out there wearing contact lenses as well as glasses.If a customer/patient has any questions we always encourage for them and give plenty alternatives. Again, I'm sorry you had a bad experience.

Wonderful selection!

I loved the huge selection of designer & unique eye wear. The Doctor is really nice & down to earth. The staff is very helpful & are also wearing some unique frames. Check this place out. It is sort of a "hidden treasure" for sure.
