THE WORSE PLACE to have a BIRTHDAY PARTY!! My niece had a birthday party last Friday. The place smelled like sweat and the staff was extremely rude. The party was from 4-6. My 10 year old niece started opening her presents @ 5:45. At 6:05, they were threatening to charge the guests $5 per person, if we didn't leave immediately. They had a very rude woman going through the place threatening all our guests and a grouchy man with his hands on his hips standing over us. We had to literally grab everything and run out the door. Needless to say, it really ruined it for the birthday girl and left the guests feeling horrible!! My niece ended up opening the rest of her gifts in the parking lot :(A man yelled at my daughter for chewing gum in the arcade. She had no idea they weren't supposed to. The snack bar was closed due to lack of customers (gee, I wonder why).This place REALLY needs to learn some customer service skills. I will NEVER go back to Skate Express!
