The service here is pathetic! A group of my colleagues has met here each week for several years. The wait for our order to be served has grown longer and longer... The food is very good, but the wait has become unacceptable. We are looking for somewhere else that is convenient for our group.

Provided by SuperpagesPoor customer service. Did call ahead seating which has been ignored because 2 families are too big. Watched couples arrive, sit, eat, and leave while waiting. Do not recommend.

Provided by SuperpagesI never write reviews, but I was so pleased with the service and the food here last night, 9/2/2010, I just had to. Our server was a delight, he did everything possible to make sure we were satisfied with our meal as well as service without imposing on us. My 10 year old girl who east like a bird, but enjoyed her meal so well that she finished hers and half of mine. Flo's fillet and the salmon were prepared perfectly as well as my husband's parmesan crusted chicken. The atmosphere was so much better than any other steakhouse I have been to. I get so tired of the steakhouses that make you feel like your in a barn. Here I felt that I was an upscale texan going out to dinner for the right price. Not sloshing around in a barn fighting for a good cut of meat. Thank you so much for the dinner. By the way our server was Greg. The Rhoads Family- Batesville, IN
