Willey Disposal Inc

We prefer using Willey Disposal Inc. over any other company for our emergency road side clean ups! The drivers are prompt, efficient, and Susie always helps us out in any way she can. A very professional company. We at Marvin's Tow Service Inc love to work them!

Started out good. We got a dumpster for 2 weeks. Came home one day to put more stuff in the dumpster and it was gone. They took it three days early. It has been two weeks since then and we have left three or four messages, they have not return our calls.

I am very impressed with Willey disposal. We were using town and country but they would not come out after missing our garbage pickup. Town and Country further blamed us for not contacting them within 24 hours, and so would not come out to pick up the trash! The ladies in the office at Town and Country were rude and condescending about the whole thing, instead of taking responsibility for a missed pick up and providing good customer service like you would expect! Anyway, I called Willey's disposal and they were able to fit it in the following morning even though it was nowhere near their normal service routes for that day, their prices are extremely reasonable ( they beat everyone else's price that I checked into that day ) and their customer service there in the office was amazing! They have very nice easy to work with office staff. And to boot, " the sanitation engineer " who came out loaded up every bit of our trash including construction debris and old carpet , he went above and beyond the call of duty, and my expectations! If you've got to have trash picked up definitely go with these guys!!!

I'm leaving the Cass County area. By leaving I'm Breaking off with a great service team Willey Disposal. A Company like this one needs even more business. Good service in the office by Susie. This Company really needs to be pushed forward. The guys on the route always on time. They never leave trash behind. what a great team! Franklin
