This office is so survival-oriented, its primary interest is in its financial survival, not the patients' welfare. Frequent turnover of dentists (they don't seem to be happy here either). One dentist saw me for 3 minutes and the office said the insurance company would be billed for cleaning. One dentist put in an upper crown he said he had "modified," which eventually destroyed the lower molar and required my having to see an endodontist and a prosthodontist. He also injured me (said, "Oops"), causing sinus infection for which I had to take several rounds of antibiotics. Another dentist who started my Invisalign left and I ended up with a dentist who did not respect my request to approve the clin-check prior to his submitting it to Invisalign for production of trays. I subsequently found out other dentists discuss and even e-mail the clin-check to their patients before proceeding.
