Spill has been a late night staple since 2003. A few things have changed since its original design, an outdoor rooftop patio was added in 2005, the middle bar and lounge was remodeled in 2009 and the V.I.P. lounge and main floor were remodeled February 2011, Spill has always remained faithful and friendly to everyone from Spill's core of regulars to out of town travelers visiting for one night serving great drinks and food, cheap happy hours and weekly specials, leading music and superior service.
