The Blue Door is a great place if your looking for a tattoo! It is clean, the artists are professional and have a lot of creative ideas. Laura, the artist that worked on my tattoo, is very curteous and confident in her ability to do great tattoo work. For instance, the tattoo on my back was started at a different location. By someone who didn't exactly know what they were doing because my tattoo ended up being off center, and the ink was extremily faded. Upon my first appointment with Laura she was able to center the tattoo and bring to tattoo back to life! My tattoo covers my entire back, so I still have at least 4 or 5 appointments till it's finished. But I am excited for and trust Laura to finish the work I need done. Also, Sherry a fellow artist of Laura's, does great work as well. A few of my friends have gotten ink done by Sherry, and I was very impressed by her work as well. The Blue Door, gets an A++. The atmosphere of the Blue Door is so relaxing and fun. Sherry is by far one of the best tattoo artists there. She does great, original drawings and makes sure that you're comfortable. My tattoo is a Celtic Shamrock on the top of my foot, a most painful spot to get a first tattoo, and she was very helpful and understanding. The coloring is beautiful and she really took the time to understand what I wanted. Most definitely will be going back to her in the future.

Everyone at the Blue Door is super nice and respectful. Sherry is the best tattoo artist in town! I will never go to anyone else! I tell her "here's the gist of what I want, go" and she gives me more than what I asked for - she never fails to amaze me!

George at The Blue Door is a true artist. I was impressed with his artwork, style and use of colors. George and I talked about all the ideas and details I wanted in my tattoo. He really listened and understood what I was thinking. He went to work and drew up a design that was even better than I had imagined. The Tattoo is 3 Mermaids and it wraps around my thigh. To get the Mermaids and water to flow together he had to freehand a lot of the work. I think my Tattoo is a masterpiece. Thanks George!

best place to get a tatoo. Sheri is the best artist there. Very thoughtful and thorough in her work. I really love the pillows she uses. They are really "cute".
