Shorty's Iv, In

Took my wife and ordered the ribs. They were over cooked and seemed to be done in the oven not BBQ. Sauce on the babybacks was tasteless and old. Over paid for a meal that was sub-par. Wife ordered Pork sandwich which was dry and little flavor. Sent it back and it tasted like thy poured some grease on it and microwaved it. Will not return.

Texas brisket was fatty either due to quality of meat or cooking. BBQ sauce served with brisket was flavorless and watery. Until BBQ quality problems can be corrected, recommend that they change name to "Shorty's".
