Mr. Bob has always been very helpful when I've needed a part for an older appliance or newer. He always gives help and good advice. If we can't find the part number or serial number ect. He has us bring the part in or bring a picture. He really knows his appliances and has great connections. He been a big help more than once. He Can find what nobody else can!

I've been using their service and have been a customer of theirs for years and I have been very satisfied with their services.

I could not agree with Mr. Paul R., below more about this wonderful appliance store consumers in Elizabethtown, KY have access when needing a part or just information. Mr. Duvall, the owner of this business, and his "right hand man," Mr. Bob, will go out of their way to get a customer's appliance up and running again. This is NOT the first time my wife and I have had the extreme good fortune to ask for help from Duvall Appliance Parts, Inc. If you are looking for a part for your appliances, I would strongly and respectfully suggest go to Mr. Duvall and Mr. Bob first; they won't steer you wrong even if they don't have the part and will help you by making suggestions to help solve your problem. Both of these fine gentlemen are also United States Air Force Veterans which I admire, and being a Veteran myself, it is so nice to do business dealings with men that love their country and respect their customers so much!

Went to Home Depot for a dryer belt. Nothing. Called Sears who didn't even have a shop on site so again, nothing. Went to Lowes, who called Duvall Appliance Parts. The lady from Lowes didn't even have to finish giving the part number because he finished it for her. A few minutes later, I was in the Duval shop, located downtown. It's not a flashy place; a simple computer on the counter, some display cases and lots of parts. But for what I needed, the kind owner had it readily available. He had everything in that smaller shop that those huge stores were missing!
