Yoshi Japanese Restaurant

This place is wonderful! The staff are very friendly, my wife and I had requested a chef's special and he gladly made it for us. We ordered a spicy tuna hand roll, it was the best that we had ever eaten. It wasn't overpowered by sauce or scallions. We also ordered a Spicy Yellowtail roll and a Crazy roll, the food was tasty and fresh. The last roll that we ordered was the chef's surprise and he made it especially for us. The chef is from Japan, he has more than 30 years of experience making sushi and it shows. We would recommend this restaurant if you want authentic sushi in the Elk Grove area. Prices are fair and again the sushi is great!
