Cantonese Gourmet East

Honestly this is the best place in Flint to get Chinese food, at least imo. I'm from a Chinese-American family and the "mandarin" and "general tso's" chicken are the best I've ever tasted.

They have some good food but my last time going there I had a long brown hair in my food (i have short black curly hair). I call the man told me no one there had long hair. I told him it look brown but it could have just been the sauce. The man laughed at me like I was lying. I didn't ask for my money back all I wanted was new food & I couldn't get that. so discussed with this place.

I have been eating Cantonese Gourmet East food for 35 years and think it is the best take-out Chinese food ever.



My favorites are chicken fried rice, pepper steak, beef w/pea pod, and shrimp egg rolls.



Yes, I am lumping Cantonese food in with Chinese food in general.
