Do Not Go Here! I don't think I have ever write reviews but my experience at Pure Spa in Ft Walton was horrible! The owner, Tammy, did a horrible job on my eye lash extensions, they were so pain full and ugly I took them off the next day. I called to tell her about the pain, she told me " eyelashes are painful". I have had mine done before and never had any pain. She claimed doing them for 20 years well obviously you didn't keep up with the methods. She refused to give a refund, she gave me so much attitude and hung up on me. She is the owner and could have been understanding and given me a refund. What happened to good business ethics and client service in that place? I will never go there again and recommend you to never visit that spa. Bad service and bad eye lash extensions.

This is the best spa around in my opinion. It is quiet & relaxing but a fun place to go. They do a great job.

HORRIBLE customer service, would give them a negative rating if I could! About a month ago I called to set up an appointment for a spa package that my boyfriend had gotten me for Christmas. When I called and scheduled the appt, I asked if I could also schedule an appt for a massage for him and was told that it wasn't a problem, they had us both down & I could pay for his when I got there. Whoever I spoke to this morning to confirm my appt was extremely rude and informed me there was nothing they could do bc they didn't have him down. She then proceeded to tell me that they have a 24 hour cancellation policy when I told her to go ahead and cancel the appt.

Very unfriendly, very unhelpful and unwilling to fix their own mistake.

Advice to owner: if you truly feel that groupons take away money from your business then just don't offer them and don't treat customers who come to you with groupons that you have placed on the Internet poorly.

Great spa with a wide variety of services available. Very reasonable prices, friendly staff and clean atmosphere make this a really enjoyable day. Tami and Steve the owners are courteous and very accommodating. They even take walk-ins when they can. Enjoyed a hot stone massage and hot stone Pedicure after after a Pure Fiji facial. I highly recommend all of the services wether your male or female .

This place is horrible. Stay away!! The owner, Tammy, not only did a horrible job but would not give me a refund and accused ME of ruining her work. Would NEVER go here again and would not even recommend this place to my own worst enemy! Save your money and go somewhere else!!!

Why would I do that after paying 100 dollars the day before!? She is the owner and could have been understanding and given me a refund but instead she argued at me saying I was wrong . She is the owner! What happened to good business ethics and client service in that place. I will never go there again and recommend you to never visit that spa. Bad service and bad eye lash extensions. She doesn't know what she is doing! Avoid this place!!! Horrible Owner with bad social skills, manners and client service!

I recently purchased a gift certificate for both Mother’s Day and my daughter’s birthday. The gift certificate was for the Mommy and Me package, which on your website was offered at $95. When my wife called to schedule an appointment, she was informed that the price was per person. Assuming this was just a simple error that could be easily corrected, she asked to speak with the owner, for clarification. Not only did the owner confirm the pricing, she was very unapologetic and condescending in her defending of it. Now, I have run businesses and have an MBA, with an emphasis in advertising; however, I have very little experience purchasing spa packages. I, therefore, rely on the website to properly explain its packages and pricing. So, it is very disheartening to have my intelligence insulted by suggesting I’m the only customer to have ever been confused by their advertising. To have received this type of customer service before services were even rendered, one can only assume the type of service she and my daughter would’ve received once inside the establishment. We immediately asked for a refund, as we will happily pay more for a complete spa experience, which cannot exclude reasonable customer service.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I bought two gift certificates a few years back from 99 Rock on the half price hook-ups and it clearly states on the certificate that it doesn't expire. Since I've moved to Atlanta I decided that when I visit I will use it. It was my mother-in-law's birthday and I thought "perfect" and gave them to her. She made an appointment and when she got there they were very nice and asked to see her certificate. The lady told her this was old and they would not honor it, became very rude and asked if she still wanted the service. Of course after the embarrassment and attitude MIL said "no, thanks". I called the next day and talked to the owner or manager and was told the same thing with the same attitude. Luckily after calling the radio station they replaced my certificates for one to a much nicer place.

I made an appointment based off of reviews on the Spa's website that praised the waxer. I moved to the area around 5 months ago from a larger city where I was regularly waxed at The European Wax Center & Loved all of the ladies I went to. The product the used were formulated specifically for the company and was great! I went into this place expecting professionalism, fast hands and a good attitude. What I got was a far cry from that. I am a woman of color and was months past due, so I did a little grooming prior to arrival to make it a little easier & the desired length of hair was told to me by the lady who answered the phone. Once I was there & ready for my Brazilian waxing I was horrified at the way the lady was speaking to me and acting. She was very negative and complained the entire time about my curly hair and direction of hair and she did not stop the entire time! Once all was said and done, she was not as thorough as other waxers have been in the past, i was in pain and days after my skin began to react to ingrown hairs although I use great follow up products from my past waxwings and I exfoliate. I was so disappointed with this business.





The Massage lady seemed very nice but due to my waxing experience I will not return. Too Bad!

Do not come here for a Brazilian wax!! I am used to getting a Brazilian wax at a far cheaper price and great service. So when I moved here and saw the prices to be way higher I expected more. With that being said I went to this place, Pure Spa, three times for three months. Each time I scheduled an appointment they acted like they were so busy. Then the aesthetician didn't remember me neither of the times I came (bad, you should at least try to remember the consistent customers by face). Know to the method of the wax, TERRIBLE! The worst I've encountered. She makes you hold your legs yourself and everything else for that matter. Now I can see if she didn't have on gloves but she had on gloves and still made me do everything on my own. After the horrible part was over I still had so much hair left it was ridiculous. Not to include originally I could go about 2 and a half weeks before I would see a speck of hair growing back, here, maybe 3 days. Needless to say after the third time I learned my lesson. If you want a true Brazilian, I would recommend the real Brazilians of you can find them, they are much cheaper, efficient and do a great job. They remove all hair and even do a thorough clean up. They also use "hard wax" which allows a longer time for the hair to grow back because it really pulls it from the roots. This lady was very cheap and wax method terrible. Lesson learned.

Last week I got a facial at Pure Spa, it was the best facial I ever got. I had spots on my face from the sun and wrinkles under my eyes, after my facial my skin looked Amazing!! My spots and wrinkles were less noticeable...It was worth every penny I spend!! Also I got a pedicure that lasted me 3 weeks..Never had that before!!! I will definitely come back!! I live in Miami and I will fly just to come get pampered in Pure Spa..

Was not very good had a hype gift card my husband bought me for $50 but was "worth $350" I was there for a little less then an hour! Mani in which she didn't even paint my entire nail missed some of the sides, pedi was ok but nothing to brag about, my mini facial was soap on my face and then wiping it off then gave her 20 dollar tip and she said oh no it's 37! Hhmmm must have missed that fine print of outrageous gratuity even if you sucked NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I WILL LET PEOPLE KNOW ALSO NOT TO GO THERE!

I went to Pure Spa and had a pedicure I liked it a lot, very clean and good service. I booked appointment on my way out for a facial wish I got a week later. I did enjoy the world out of that facial ! It was the best I had so far very relaxing and the massage was so good she did massage my arms and shoulders and face so good. I come from Europe and I have tried a lot of places , I must say I was very pleased. I do recomend you all to go there. Sinc. Asta.

I get a Brazilian wax for my bikini area and an eyebrow wax for my face. And I know I am getting the work of a true professional. I have had extremely bad experiences in the past from getting waxed by someone who doesn't know what they are doing and that can be the worst experience ever. With Tami, I know I am getting a professional who knows exactly what she is doing. This, along with many other great services, is why I have been going to Tami for all my waxing needs for the past 10 years.



Second, I enjoy a Pure Facial with Microderm Abrasion. I know when I walk out of the Spa, I am going to have that natural glow back again and my makeup is going to go on smooth. She takes her time to make sure no place on my face and neck gets left out and I also enjoy a hand, shoulder, and neck massage as the calming mask does its work. If you have ever had Microderm Abrasion, then you know all the benefits you can get from this service. For me these benefits include getting the dead skin removed, diminishing fine lines and wrinkles, and improving the overall look and feel of my skin. After this service, I know that even my very sensitive skin is going to make a transformation back to radiance, like it looked when I was younger. It is truly a relaxing and amazing experience that I cannot live without. Next, it is off to the pedicure chair for a Spa Pedicure. I get to relax

in the vibrating chair while Tami goes to work on my feet. She takes her time to make sure when I walk out, my toes look fantastic. I almost always go with the french manicure on my toes and I know regardless of the color, the polish is going to last for two to three weeks. It is a real treat from the foot massage to the moisture mask and I know the finished product will be one I get compliments on everywhere I go.



One other really important note to point out is Pure Spa is always neat and clean. All the products and tools are sanitized after every use and Tami always wears gloves when it is appropriate. I never have to worry about the pedicure chair, the waxing area, or the facial area being neat and clean. And, that is so important to me!

I go to Pure Spa When i want the Complete Pampering Experience.

pure spa is very clean and has a very loving atmosphere. i feel comfortable from the minute i walk in the door. there is always candles burning with a good smell and there is nothing that the workers will not do for you. pure spa is good for getting away from the stress of the day. you are able to sit back and relax and enjoy all the pleasures pure spa has to offer.

I first I had a mani pedi for $75 then I paid 20 dollars for two small flowers on my big toes( that looked horrible) and still had old polish on my nails! Then it was $90 for a 30 min Facial that was 10 min, and she told me that if i wanted her to do a good job that she would need me to paid the extra for a hour( I have very good skin that is not broken out i just wanted a relaxing facial)! I felt very taken advantage of and left very unimpressed! I will not be back!

I recently had my brazillian wax done there and it was by far the worst wax I've ever received. It was half way done with poor technique. I now have to go to someone else to finish what she started. I won't go back.
