What a clean and friendly location. They have a great collection of art pieces, bowls and pipes.

I can't say this about all their employees but one is unwilling to help customers with simple problems. I went in twice to replace a bowl for a pipe purchased at this location and not only did they not have any bowls that they could replace from the case, when I offered to buy a bowl on another piece for almost a third of what the entire pipe cost, the associate showed me the door. It would seem to me that if a continuous customer comes in with such a simple fix it wouldn't so hard to make sure they had what they needed. Be aware that if you want a hassle freebuying experience, you might as well just swing by another shop. FYI everyone: modern age has taken bowls off pieces ready to sell and sold them to me cause they realize that customer service is important!
