This establishment literally took 15 seconds while they rushed me off the phone while I placed an order. Surprise, surprise, the delivery came with the wrong food. We called and they refused to assist us or refund. So we placed another order willing to pay. When we called back to ensure that this time around they had gotten the correct order, because instead of 15 seconds they have us 10 seconds on the phone, the lady proceeded to yell obscenities. I, of course went to the establishment and the owner proceeded to explain that they were busy. After a nice exchange of words and educating them on proper customer service, I got my money back...... Unreal to think that business which are driven by its customers can be a ignorant when providing customer service, or the lack thereof...... Never going back there or ordering from them WVER AGAIN.
