My encounter with the workers was very unpleasant. While they were waiting around to begin work, one was smoking so close to my open window, my whole apartment reeked of it. When I asked him politely to move a bit further from my open window, he not only ignored me, but defiantly blew smoke directly at my windows!



If they are hiring such rude, self-entitled workers, I would definitely not recommend using them.
