        Dr Whitcomb my name is Daniel Fistler I used to be a patient of yours a long time ago, back in the 1990s. I'm looking to see if you would by chance have any of my records around I'm looking for a copy of my MRI that was done for the surgery back in April of 1992?? Dr. Dale Allen did my fusion on my spine L4 and L5 I don't know
        whether he is still around I need a copy of the MRI
