Youre ordering wings, fried in huge fryers full of grease....If people did a little research you'd know that their actual biggest selling items are burger and wraps, not wings. They don't "pride themselves" on wings alone. They're a sports bar who happens to accommodate families. If you're looking for fine dining at McDonald's prices I suggest hosting a get together at home. Buffalo Wild Wings on alpine has the most skilled staff of all the Grand Rapids Buffalo Wild Wings and the fact that your burger was dry night just mean you should add some sauce, not complain and be THAT person.
