Allstate Insurance: Doug Thompson

No one really like to have to pay for Insurance or taxes, But as far as an Insurance Company and Agency goes I have to say Allstate Graham Agency is Awesome. They are very friendly, very informative and any time I have EVER had a question or problem they were there to answer and help me. I have had to use the claims department a few time and they were so easy to deal with and handled everything wonderfully! My Agency was right there to help any way they could too. I love this Agency! I refer everyone I care about to them because they are honest and really do care about you. You are not just a premium to them you are Family!

Can't say enough wonderful things about Tommy's agency. Had a claim recently and all was taken care of so fast. Got a call from his office right after I put in the claim and a call after all was done. You can't bet that! Does your insurance people call you on your birthday and wish you the best? They do! These people care about me and mine. Go meet them. You will see.

They took time to really explain what I was buying. I knew very little about car insurance and they took time to sit with me and explain it. Their prices were less expensive also than my old coverage.
