You must leave 1 star, that 1 star is for Adam. He is the only person in that office that will call you back when he says he will and will listen and respond with his calm professional attitude even if you are stressed about something broken or going wrong. Ive called to let someone know a mistake, the woman increasing her aggression because i quote "I was gone for 2 days so i know that wasnt me". Adam will always respect you as a tenant and that is important. The new woman who is clearly miserable, on the phone it really comes through with how she talks to you- avoid her. Heres a list of things to avoid and see for yourself during the property viewing! Try to deal with Adam or Michelle, they are real people and genuine hardworking employees that for whatever reason can always be professional even when problems need to be fixed. Its really hit or miss with the office which sucks, I want to be able to call when I have an issue and know Im being listened too.

-more and more young men with a lot of "friends" hanging around the building in the back, loud music, obvious not all residents coming in and out loitering and yelling in the back parking lot while walking through residents parked cars. Drug activity is accepted now? Whoa!
-dog breed restriction is not applied, and a woman on level 1 of building 12 still walks her dogs without leashes, Ive asked her to stop and Jesse has complained to the office. Her dogs are not controlled, they will run at your dog with aggression, and both situations are a safety issue.
-The constant apologies "for the inconvenience"
-regardless of the extreme affect on my health we are forced to stay our lease or face financial ruin. I hope I dont die here
