Four Seasons Nails

I have been going there for a few years now. They are always professional. They do a very nice job.

I was in town for a wedding and visited this salon. I was pleased with my nails and pedicure. However, the atmosphere for customer service was terrible. The technicians ignored the customers and talked amongst themselves. One of the technicians that I had ( which I was traded between three) was very rude and hostile. If I am ever in town again, I will avoid this place without a question.

Went to Four Seasons what a nice place. Everyone was so pleasant.

I love this salon, Owners Q ( spelling?) and Donna are the best, but I have to agree with Darlene my last visit Saturday day before Mothers Day, was awful for myself and my granddaughter.

Alice has been there working only a few weeks did an awful job on my nails it was painful I told her 3 times to be careful it was hurting me, finally told her the next time she hurt me we were done. Sloppy job. She did not listen to anything I told her, her reply was I have been doing this for 7 years I come from Chicago. I returned to the shop on Tues. Donna redid my nails and Alice had the nerve to say to me in front and her boss "next time you dont come to me you use Donna" You dont talk to customers that way. She has already had several complaints I don't look for her to be there much longer. I know she won't have to worry about doing my nails. As for my granddaughters nails another person did her nails, I told them not to clip her nails just file them only and use no chip polish. First thing she did was clip her nails!! Monday her nails already chipped. My money was returned for her. I'm not sure if I will return there unfortunately. I really like Q and Donna... but their helpers need to understand the customer and show respect....

I've been going since they opened with no problems until the last two times when they gave me newer girls. Who rounds their toenails? I also got an upper lip wax - BIG MISTAKE! Two days later and I have all these little bumps on my upper lip and that has NEVER happened. If you can stick with any of the originals you'll be fine but stay away from newer people

I love this nail salon. They do great work, it's pretty, the staff is awesome, and it's my favourite place for 'me' time!!!

Great salon! It's super clean and has a friendly staff! I will be back again! I've been to many salons and they don't compare! Clean utensils packaged every time!
