Horror story

I brought a 2 year old Siamese in during the weekend suffering from what turned out to be a kidney stone that could have been removed or dissolved. After two days they still had not diagnosed this treatable situation and the little thing died of a brain seizure from kidney shutdown while in their care.

DO NO GO HERE!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The staff is not compassionate and very rude. I was also greeted with the $700 release and then later informed that I'd meet with someone to review the estimate. The $700 is just to prove that you're serious about having your pet treated so they know where to place them on the priority list (direct comment from staff). Nothing was ever on time like they promised, 10 minutes turned into 30, one day into 3. And you never talk to the same person twice so they all ask you the same questions over and over. After leaving my dog and feeling trapped, I made phone calls to other places and received immediate estimates that were a fraction of what I paid as the deposit! Needless to say, I will never go back and I will never recommend them to anyone!

This place is great!

My dog has cancer, and this place is wonderful. Dr. Mullins is the best, very caring and I could not ask for better treatment. All the doctors treated my pet like their own!

Do not take your animals here!

As a former employee, I strongly recommend that you do not take your animals to this clinic. They refuse to invest in basic emergency equipment (such as a functioning EKG machine) and their staff is not adequately trained in dealing with critical cases. The technical staff does not give adequate care and attention to the patients. This is partly do to poor training along with an unwillingness by the management to provide an appropriate number of staff. The management does not pay their doctors in a timely manner and does not abide by Colorado Labor laws.

Saved my dogs life

When my regular vet was closed, I took my dog here for an emergency. Although it was fairly expensive, they really did save my dog's life and were very good about keeping me updated on his condition throughout his three-day stay.
