Alamo Rent A Car

I like that Alamo allow you to choose your own vehicle. The employees were very helpful. I am a frequent customer and if I have a problem, they will quickly resolve it.

The few cars that remined during Labor Day smelled like smoke and were dirty. The agent tried to upgrade me after I told her no. My card was declined because she tried to charge me for services that I I declined along with the $250 deposit. . I called Capital One and they verified my concern. I use Alamo very often but this incident made me question to continue to do so.
