Fantastech Appliance Repair

DO not USE them!!! Please!!!! They are rude!!! That Orlando guy is not professional. He told me he was going to call me but he never did!!! I am the one SPENDING my money for their Service. The Economy is bad these days and I don't think people should be wasting their money with these CLOWNS!!! They don't even have a website. There is bad reviews everywhere about them. Do not waste your money!!!

This is the worse repair company I have ever attempted to work with. After three months my washer is still not working. The office staff is so RUDE!!!! They hang up on you all the time, and there is never a manager you can talk to. I finially got, Orlander, an alleged owner on the phone. He made so many promises and swore he would call back. Three weeks later I am still waiting for his call and he is dodging mine. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

I used this company to repair my washing machine. When the repair man put it back together, he did NOT do it correctly and as a result the downstairs of my home was flooded. This company accepted NO responsibility for this. At first they would not even return my calls. When I finally got ahold of the "supervisor" (Jay Tavarez) he was very arrogant and unprofessional. He offered NO solutions and said they were not willing to do anything to remedy the situation. He said the fine print on their reciept said they did not have to. They were not even willing to supply their insurance information. I was told the owner (Orlando Amador) was out of touch and would not return my call for over a week.I am left with molding carpet and wood flooring that is buckling up. Because they have employees that do not know what they are doing and they are not willing to accept any responsibility for their mistakes, I would stay so far away from this company as is possible. I will return to this site in a couple of weeks to report on what the owner says and what his resolution is.
