        I ordered steak (medium-well), took 45 minutes, I cut the steak and the meat is DRY and WHITE, that means OLD and POISONOUS food. I called the manager and all she did is saying sorry, i dont know what happened to this place? Do they have new manager or something? It used to be better 10 years ago,, do NOT take your kids there please

        .this is by far the worse Texas Roadhouse I have step foot in, the service was terrible if non existent, I ordered a bone in ribeye the most expense of rib eye they have, ordered it medium, after: about 25 mins it came out medium well to well, sent it back and they brought me out a medium rare to rare steak after another t 10 minute wait, the group that was what was almost finish with their meal by the time I got my raw steak, did not want to stay there while they re cook it for a third term so I went ahead and ate it...did the basement offered to do anything on my bill, .....hell NO didn't offer to do anything..I will never step foot in that location again on the road houses have without their way to make sure my mail was pleasant and everything was cooked good this road house they need to fire everybody in at the cooks the white staff the managers get rid of them all...and that is calling corporate to complain
