        My service was terrible! Ray was talking to another guy of his and discussing another customer. Calling them the N word. I was offended by this. He also called me a dumb stupid woman! I don't think that he thought I couldn't hear him. His worker Brian that was with him at the time was running around cursing out everything and everyone! Brian was yelling during the whole installation of my unit. Saying he didn't want to be there and doing his job. Why would you say things like that in front of a customer? I will not be using this company again! I have small children in the house, I thought it was a Christian owned and operated business. Guess not!

        I have used them several years for our annual AC Tune Ups and they always do a great job. Prices are extremely reasonable and the service guys are extremely knowledgeable and efficient.

        my furnace went out at 2:30am,called Stucks around 8am & they said they'd come out before 10am,which they did.

        Ray explained my options & I decided to go with a new unit.Said they arrive between 8-830am the following day,& they

        did.Even found & fixed a problem with my fuses & fixed it at no additional charge.Great service,fast & friendly & very

        knowledgable.Had it replaced & took my old furnace out,within 2 hours.Definately recommend these folks.
