N-Joyable Hair Studio

I made an appointment the night before for a haircut. I came in to the salon on time. Took an hour and a half before I was washed. When I asked how long it would be until I would get in the chair I got an unpleasent look with short reply. Once I was in the chair, being serviced by the owner and head stylist (I assumed), I asked for a cut to just even my ends. She cut it wet, but was not a precesion cut, alot of snipping here and there. It looked fine when I left the salon because it was left naturally curly. But the next day, when I straightened it, the unevenness was vary apparent. I'm over all just unsatisfied with the cut, the customer service and the unwelcoming attitude for a new customer to the shop. I will not return to the salon and further more not refer anyone there.
