Brittany Place Apartments

This place looks safe and family-friendly. I see their security guards every night and they seem friendly. The apartments look great and the management is quick to fix stuff and nice.

They have been through so many different managements. This year Canyon View Properties came in and so many upgrades and changes have been made. The women in the office are very honest and friendly people to talk to. The outside office staff are pretty diligent about fixing things and keeping the property looking decent. Pest Control has been reinforced to the full degree. Clean people don't have to worry about bugs here. Security rides by every so often to check up on any suspicious activity during the evening. I'm looking forward to the new management and new apartments!

I agree with the previous commenter. Ive had drvie by shootings, my mother was held at gunpoint in the parking lot, MAINTAINENCE IS A JOKE, bugs come and go as fast as the people that move in and out, Management is terrible I.E. Unresponsive to your needs, wants or desires. They do not care for the residents and the place is 40+ years old and falling apart. They do nothing to make it enjoyable and let any body move in. This place is a JOKE. Ive lived here 3.5 years and Im gone next month. I am calling the City Codes inspector and The housing authority as well as a lawyer for the landlord/tenant act. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!! EVER...DANGER DANGER DANGER
