Chunn's Tailor and Luggage

I didn't like the service here because my luggage was not promised to me on time (after I left work early because of the shop's hours of 9 to 5). Instead of getting of work early, I had a friend pick up my luggage; when I got it my luggage didn't have a new handle, the owner simply "secured" the old handle and charged my friend $50! I will never go here again.

I have had alterations done with these people before, also had patches sewn on for charitable orginization, they also repair shoes very well, done quickly, and very good work, nice people. Kind of out of the way in the ward parkway mall, but they do great work
