If I could rate a zero , I would . Never ever leave ratings ..but I must let everyone know. Horrible Experience . The staff ( from the front desk to the office manager ) is absolutely unorganized , rude , and completely unprofessional. And the surgery nurse needs to be reported and fired. Wouldnt surprise me of they had lawsuits pending . Completely neglected and misdiagnosed .

I originally came to this office on referral from my regular doctor. After a necessary surgery, which was performed very well, I returned to the office for my pregnancy. What a nightmare. First, you select a doctor, but are unlikely to see them but twice throughout your pregnancy. They rotate you to each doctor so you can know them which isn't bad, except that they don't read your chart and you will have to re-explain everything at each appointment.



The positives is that the nurses and reception staff are pretty nice.



Now the office part. When you first arrive, be ready to sign a payment contract. They demand prepayment of the birth whether you have insurance or not. They are supposed to call the insurance company and get an estimate of the coverage...that does not happen. Instead, they charge you and if your insurance pays more than they thought, you will have to wait to get the money that you shouldn't have had to pay to begin with. To make it better, you better keep good records. We received less than half of what we should have had refunded back to us. Now I am having to fight to get my money back.



Another thing on the billing side; the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. They will take payments in their office, but don't necessarily report it to the billing company. Instead, the billing company will send you a bill with a date of service that reflects the contract date (this is can be a huge problem if you have flexible spending). So, double check the amount, because you might accidentally pay the same amount twice.



While the doctors (some) are considerate and great, I will not return to this office again. If you are a patient...good luck and watch your pocket book.
