i ordered a smoker for my father on Feb 19 2006. and it is now May 10 2006. haven't seen any product or tracking numbers. placed phone calls left voice messages. Left email requests have not had any answer. i am going to contact the Attorney Genral of Kansas City and report them and see what they can do. recommend running the other way if you want any product from them its a waste of your time and money

Placed order on Jan. 05, '06. Have not received grille as of April 01, '06. Sent many emails with no response even though their web site promises a response within hours. Did receive two telephone calls from Pat promising delivery by Mar. 8 which did not happen and in second phone call with another later delivery date. Still waiting. Will now call Federal Trade Commission and Better Business Bureau since this company is not in compliance with the law. Hopefully, if they have a retail business license, it will be soon revoked.

Extremely poor customer service. I ordered a Weber Grill on 26 Feb as a birthday present for my son, it is now Mar 25 and the grill still has not been delivered. I've sent numerous emails to get status on my item without finding out what's causing the delay.

WE ORDERED AND PAID FOR A GRILL STAND FIVE WEEKS AGO. THEY WILL NOT ACKNOWLEDGE OUR EMAILS (Sent 5) OR ANSWER OR RETURN OUR PHONE CALLS (3 AS OF THIS WRITING) AT THIS POINT WE ARE WONDERING IF WE WILL GET THIS PRODUCT OR NOT. IF NOT, WE WOULD LIKE OUR MONEY RETURNED SO WE CAN BUY IT ELSEWHERE. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered one $1800 Weber Grill December 29th. Have left neumerous messages for update to delivery. It is now February 22nd. No updates at all. They are fully automated so you can only leave voice or email messages. Not worth the hassel. Not recommended so far to date. They claim free shipping. Nothing great! They just include it in the price. Better off paying your local state tax and having a local dealer deliver it. Chris M. New Jersey
