Walgreens

Went to pick up my prescription as I do every month. I have a one-year long automatic refill set up. Last month I brought in my new prescription; I was told I did not need it until November. Odd, but I was not concerned. Today I was told my prescription could not be refilled, as it should have ended last month. Either the idiot today is making an error, or the idiot working there last month made an error. Not MY fault, I just need my prescription TODAY. Negligent service, idiotic pharmacy techs, rude customer service. On another occasion, I called to check on the status of my 'script. I was put on hold once for 8 minutes. I called back again, I was put on hold for TWENTY SEVEN MINUTES (yes, that's 27 minutes) giving me enough time to drive down there, wait in line, and when I was FINALLY helped, the tech asked what she could do for me, I said pick up the goddamn phone. I swear to God, I would rather die than ever go to this location again. I have moved my prescription to the CVS across the street. I have never had a problem there; I have ONLY EVER had problems with walgreens. Spread the word, avoid like the plague!!
