Gary Cardiello, MD

Dr Cardiello is a wonderful doctor who always listens to patients' concerns. My issue is that the front desk person in the Kearny office who only wants to take messages if/when the doctor is in the office. So if you need a refill and call Kearny on a Tuesday you have to call back on Thursday when the doctor is present. I'm not sure that I understand the sense of that when the front desk staff should the message, confirm that patient is on the medication and have the info ready for the physician to review and authorize. This should happen whether the doctor is there or not. Don't we all wish that we could just work when our supervisor or boss is present? They definitely need more supervision from the Bayonne office.
