After some emails, one measurement visit (lasted 20 minutes) and an email showing a 3D version of my closet, we were ready! It took about 3 weeks to get my closet supplies, and it took about 2 hours to install. I'm very happy with the process and the cost was fair too. A+ service

Know how to handle, and treat customers

We had the opportunity to work with Debbie at Tailored Living of Orange County. I had an idea on budget so we reached out to them and two other competitors. Debbie and her peer were very thorough and we decided to go with them to work on our baby closet and master bedroom closet. After some back and forth on allocation of space on our master closet, we agreed to the agreement. What I really appreciated about them is they listened to what we wanted and the clothing we have. I will be honest, I didn't think everything was going to fit and was nervous. After we were done, I had space for my current clothing and space to add new clothing. They send you 3D views so you can see your closet as it will be and it's helpful getting the vision. I recommend them if your looking to renovate your closet. I think it's great to take advantage of all available space especially if you don't have a walk in like us.

It was interesting and fun to watch the whole process

When my husband told me I could build my dream closet, I was elated! When I discovered my budget, I was sad - there was no way I could build my dream closet to house my shopping addiction at that price. I called two of the big named companies in the area who gave me ridiculous price quotes. At those prices, I didn't have enough money to build a closet for my dog's clothes. Then I called Sasha at Tailored Living. She was very nice and professional. She came to my house and listened to exactly what I wanted. She gave me ideas as to how to save money. After we met, she went back to her office and quickly sent me 3D computer images/ plans of my new closest. My closet is everything I had ever dreamed and was even under budget! I cannot recommend this company enough!
