Currently 'stuck' in a lease here for another 8 months... Worst rental experience ever - Cockroach infested, Mold and mildew deep in the kitchen counter top (that they refuse to replace because it is not at a lethal level), 2-Faced management seems nice to your face until you move in, then they ignore your maintenance requests... I asked 4 times to get the shower pipes cleaned out so we could use it... 4 TIMES! Also they LOST my walk-through review paper TWICE. Weirdest thing is they FORCE residents to have renters insurance because each apt has a dozen or so water sprinklers installed in each room on every ceiling (the kind you see in an office building, not a residence) - they don't want to pay to fix damage if those fire sprinklers go off by accident.
