We absolutely love dr Frazier. He takes care of our livestock as well as the dogs. Very knowledgeable and kind. Always able to fit us in even for last second appointments. We won't take animals anywhere else.

My voice was not Hurd in the service for my dog today, I came in for 2 shots and asked for INFORMATION on flea treatments, because my husband has tried a few and they didn't work. Before I knew it they stopped listening and just started doing. They rushed the apt, even though I had to wait 40 min (wasn't a walk in) and didn't rush them. This isn't about the fact I left with a bill twice the size as I was quoted or budgeted out for. It's about the fact that they barley listened to me, they Hurd parts of information and ran with it, than when my husband called to talk to them about it they basically called me a liar. Which I pride myself on not being.
Buyer beware.

Went in to get rabies shots and wife walked out with a bill double of what they quoted us the doctor is great but we didn't not give permission for them to do extra test and give extra medication we have used him for two years but will never go back! My wife simply asked about what we could do never gave permission to do blood test and give extra medications!!! Make sure you know what they are doing or else you won't like the bill when you leave!!!!!

The Dr and most of the staff are excellent. They saved my dogs life after a very serious, and life threatening injury. The receptionist was the only bad experience I had there. She is not welcoming or pleasant at all, she was very rude and short with me with questions or concerns.

The doctor here is a very nice guy. Not sure about the rest of the staff, because I have not met any of them. However, I have met the receptionist, who I think is the docs wife and she is one of the rudest people I have ever met. I have taken my animals there 3 times and everytime she was extremely rude and talked to me like I was an inconvenience or wasting her time. This last time I went in, I left immediately after because of how she talked to me. RUDE!!! She is obviously not the reason this place is still in business after so many years.
