We had to have some repairs done to our newly installed hardwoods in our home, and Acme and Brian K. were amazing to work with. They always got right back to me, were always on time and professional, did great work and if we weren’t pleased about anything for any reason they fixed it. We felt that they went above and beyond considering the job. We were very pleased with their customer service and craftsmanship!

They have finished our floor twice and it still looks bad. Brush marks etc. the Glitza finish scratches easily. Our grand daughter pushed her plastic highchair empty across the floor and left a huge scratch. Nails not set and filled under kick plate in kitchen. Hires subcontractors who do lousy work. We are going to hire someone else to do it right. When we wipe it down our rags get caught in the wood do to the lack of quality finish.

We have used Acme Floor for all of our hardwood floor needs. They originally installed hardwoods for our build job of our home and since we have added hardwoods to our bedroom and study. We were totally pleased on all occasions. The flooring looks as though they were all put in at the same time. We are having them back for a third time to round out our first floor to all hardwoods. Easy to work with and they will always make things right.
